Free Christmas Party Game Kid

Christmas parties are always a lot of fun, and with these free Christmas party game kid, they become even more fun! The games include the pass the ornament, rudolph dash, where are santa's clothes and candy cane relay.

Pass the Ornament

Materials Needed:

Straw for each child
Ornaments cut out of tissue paper (tree, bell, star, etc.)

Instructions:

Pass the ornaments down the line, teammate to teammate, by inhaling and exhaling on the straw to hang onto or release ornament.

No hands!

Rudolph Dash

Materials Needed:

Cut circles out of red construction paper
Vaseline

Instructions:

Have child put Vaseline on their nose and then put the red circles on their nose.

Relay race to the finish with each new person adding their red nose.

If nose falls, go back to bowl and add more Vaseline and reapply nose.

Where are Santa Clothes?

Materials Needed:

Santa Outfit
Pad of paper
Pen

Instructions:

Get a Santa outfit about the size of a beanie baby or so and hide the various items, jacket, pants, cap, etc... throughout your holiday decorating. You may want to even take a photo of Santa before he lost his clothes, so that everyone has an idea of what to look for.

Examples of place to hide Santa's clothes:

Santa jacket: On the silo of my barn in the Christmas village I put out
Santa pants: On a small tree
Santa belt: Use to hang an ornament on a different tree
Boots: Standing amongst candles or small Christmas statues
Bag: In the corner of my nativity set up
Mittens: Hanging around a small stuffed toy
Hat: On a small statue or stuffed toy

Everyone is given a pad and pen when they enter (or you can wait until everyone arrives to begin) and told to look through out the decorating to find Santa's clothes.

When they find Santa's clothes they need to write it down and prizes can be given to the first 5 people who get everything correct.

This is a way of getting everyone to see all your decorating and different stuff through out the party area.

Candy Cane Relay

Materials Needed:

Small candy canes

Instructions:

Divide the children into two teams.

Give each team five small candy canes.

On signal, the team members pass their canes to the end of the line (one at a time) and back again.

Continue until all have played.
